Whether you are brand new to the water or ready for stroke development, Aqua Beginnings offers a calm, supportive environment where strong swimmers are made — one station at a time.

Each lesson is taught by Coach Rick using calm, patient techniques. Small classes (max 3 swimmers) ensure hands-on guidance and safety.
10 progressive stations covering breath control, floating, freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly basics.
Swimmers move forward only after mastering skills safely, confidently, and consistently — no rushing.
Parents receive updates after every lesson with progress, safety milestones, and readiness for the next station.

Once your Liability Waiver has been signed and completed, we will schedule your assessment. Assessments are held on Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday's from the hours of 8 am to 2 pm. Bookings needed outside those hours can be further discussed.
Provide swimmer’s name, age, swimming experience, and any notes we should know to
help make the lesson safe and successful. This will be emailed to you directly.
